| | Welcome to Our Site! | The Colorado Community Action Association (CCAA) is a statewide network of Community Services Block Grant funded programs, which serves low-income Coloradoans.
In Colorado over 630 thousand people are living in poverty. Colorado receives close to 5.5 Million in CSBG funds. They are distributed to 38 public and private agencies that serve all 64 Colorado counties. Local community "Tripartite" Boards; which consist of equal numbers of low-income representatives, service providers and government officials; prioritize the service needs for their communities. These boards then develop and provide the needed service through their public agencies or through sub-contracting non-profit community based organizations. | | | | News and Updates | The Corporation for Enterprise Development (CFED) released its 2013 Assets & Opportunity Scorecard today.
